Graduates are struggling with the transition from university to employment, with just 43% reporting that they felt prepared for working life, reveals a new survey1.
Nearly half (46%) of graduates stay in the same area during and after university, and 25% study elsewhere before returning to their home region to work - reveals the Higher Education Careers Services Unit (HECSU) in Graduate Market Trends published today (4 February 2015).
